Job Title : Mailroom Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mailroom Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in managing the mailroom operations. This position involves receiving and verifying paperwork and products from various departments, along with some computer-based data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify paperwork and products from other departments.
• Perform data entry tasks using a computer.
• Communicate with customers through email and phone calls as necessary.
• Follow work instructions meticulously and work independently.

Work Environment

This role is set in a production environment with machinery that may contribute to noise and slight odors. The workspace is located on the production floor, which can be a bit dirty but is generally manageable. The environment is not excessively loud or odorous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr.
