Job descriptionHigh school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old. Ability to work independently or in a team atmosphere with minimal direct supervision. Experience in manufacturing but not required. Motivation to learn and advance as an employee. Climb and descend stairs / ladder as needed for the role Do repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push and pull 40-pounds) Withstand exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable Handle, control and feel raw materials and finished goods Able to execute repetitive movements

What your 8-hour shift in this role might involve :
The purpose of the Shipping Clerk is to lead daily processes related to Shipping and Receiving at the Minneapolis Roofing and Asphalt Plant.
Here is a brief outline of this role
- Safely navigating the shipping yard
- Understanding Owens Corning products
- Utilize SAP to enter and print information
- Check-in trucks
- PGI Trucks leaving
- Maintain standard housekeeping of the warehouse and lift trucks
- Maintaining a safe workplace
