The Compensation Analyst supports the administration and analysis of the company's global compensation programs, with a focus on equity and base pay. This role is ideal for someone early in their compensation career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, data integrity, reporting, and compliance, while gaining exposure to broader compensation practices.

We are looking for a Compensation Analyst who will :

• Collect and analyze compensation data from internal and external sources.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for various roles using salary surveys.
• Assist with maintaining compensation structures, salary bands, and job architecture aligned with global frameworks and local market realities.
• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related inquiries.
• Perform reporting, due diligence, and audits related to compensation programs.
• Participate in the annual compensation cycle, including system setup and testing.
• Assist with employee education and respond to compensation-related questions.
• Support equity administration, including processing grants, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with plan rules and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to global compensation initiatives and special projects.

Position Pay Range : This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience. $64,938.52-$103,901.85.

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
