As a Senior Financial Analyst (Corporate FP&A) you will turn data into decisions across our planning engine. Partnering with GTM Finance (bookings and pricing / mix) Finance Business PartnersOperations (capacity / throughput and unit cost) and Customer Success (retention / expansion) you will shape a single trusted view for leadership. Your work sharpens forecast accuracy shortens close-to-outlook cycle time and elevates CFO / Board narratives with clear so what / now what insights.

The Gig
- You will build and maintain driver-based model modules for Plan monthly rolling outlook and scenario / sensitivity analyses that connect operating levers (pipeline backlog throughput hiring unit cost) to revenue gross margin EBITDA cash and working capital .
- You will prepare monthly variance bridges (price / volume / mix / timing) and partner with Revenue Planning on ARR and revenue roll-forwards ensuring outputs land cleanly in the integrated 3-statement model.
- You will develop and automate the standard report pack and executive dashboards in EPM / BI aligned to the enterprise KPI dictionary and master-data policy governed by Corporate FP&A.
- You will consolidate inputs from GTM Finance FBP Operations RevOps into a single forecast; you will surface risks / opportunities and recommend actions with owners and dates.
- You will support long-range planning and capital allocation with scenario packs liquidity views and covenant / headroom tracking in coordination with the broader FP&A team.
- You will contribute to M&A by preparing diligence-ready schedules (ARR / NRR cohorts revenue waterfalls run-rate opex unit economics) and assisting with pro-forma and purchase-accounting planning impacts in partnership with Accounting and Corporate Development.
- You will uphold data governance by stewarding KPI definitions and mapping tables (COA cost centers product tags CRM stage definitions) reconciling CRM / EPM / ERP views and running data-quality checks with EPM / Data teams.
Responsibilities
Forecasting & model ownership : Own assigned modules within the integrated 3-statement planning model (revenue / COGS / opex headcount working capital) maintain documentation / version control and produce monthly outlooks with variance bridges and a clear R&O log.Management & financial reporting : Produce the standardized monthly management pack (P&L / BS / CF) with segment / product and cohort / ARR views; ensure tie-outs to the GL and to EPM / BI dashboards; deliver CFO / ELT-ready pages that translate results into so what / now what actions; support Board materials with consistent schedules and footnotes.Data governance & single source of truth : Steward KPI definitions and mapping tables under Corporate FP&As master-data policy; reconcile CRM / EPM / ERP views run exception logs and partner with EPM / Data on metadata ETL validation and audit trails.M&A support (pre-LOI through integration planning) : Build pro-forma and scenario cases; prepare diligence-ready schedules; model planning impacts of purchase accounting with Accounting (e.g. amortization revenue timing); establish Day-1 / Day-100 KPI baselines and synergy-tracking dashboards.Revenue & ARR discipline : Collaborate with Revenue Planning on ARR roll-forwards and revenue bridges; ensure alignment to ASC 606 planning assumptions (SSP variable consideration) while leaving policy to Accounting.Operational insight & dashboards : Build / automate self-serve dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) covering KPI trends (ARR / NRR / GRR unit cost utilization backlog health win rate / ASP / cycle as applicable); retire low-value reports to reduce cycle time.Scenario & liquidity views : Support long-range planning with scenario / sensitivity packs working-capital / cash bridges and covenant / headroom tracking.Controls & cadence : Uphold FP&A operating standards (close to forecast SLAs version control change logs) and ensure reporting and forecast artifacts are complete consistent and audit-ready.What you need to make the cut
58 years in FP&A / Strategic Finance within SaaS or tech-enabled services including hands-on driver-based modeling and variance analysis.Fluency in ARR / retention math (GRR / NRR cohorts) and an understanding of funnel math (stage conversion velocity) is preferred.Familiarity with ASC 606 planning implications and how they affect revenue timing and metrics.Advanced Excel ; experience with EPM (Adaptive / Anaplan) and BI (Power BI / Tableau); Salesforce familiarity required; SQL a plus.Clear communicator who distills complex analytics into simple options and actions; comfortable partnering with Sales CS Product / Engineering Accounting and Corporate Development.Bachelors in Finance Economics Accounting or related; MBA / CPA / CFA coursework or progress a plus.The pay range for this position is 62K to 97K per year (pay to be determined by the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
