Line Cook – Bar Oliver (Lower East Side, NYC)
Bar Oliver, a lively neighborhood pintxo and cocktail bar on the Lower East Side, is looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We focus on rustic Basque-inspired cooking with seasonal NYC market ingredients.
What we’re looking for :
Experience on the line in a busy kitchen (Spanish / Tapas / Basque a plus, but not required)
Strong work ethic, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to work clean, fast, and collaboratively with a small team
Interest in learning new techniques and growing with us
Responsibilities :
Execute prep and service on the hot and cold line
Maintain high standards for consistency, presentation, and cleanliness
Follow recipes and assist with specials development
Help maintain DOH standards and kitchen organization
