Network Administrator

Mantech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Administrator with a focus on Cisco Networks to join our team in Laurel, MD .

You will be part of a mission-driven team delivering enterprise infrastructure capabilities to support a global workforce engaged in national defense operations

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure, including routers and switches
• Update and configure antivirus software and other tools to secure the network
• Apply Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) updates to switches and follow Software Test and Evaluation (STE) policies
• Design and plan Cisco NEXUS network infrastructure, including setup and ongoing maintenance
• Configure Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) for switch administration
• Use network monitoring and management tools such as Solarwinds to oversee network performance
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule between 6 : 00am-6 : 00pm and may be assigned to an evening patching schedule
