Responsibilities :

• Administer and maintain Cisco network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve LAN / WAN connectivity issues.
• Configure and manage VLANs, STP, and QoS across the network.
• Implement and maintain Cisco security solutions, including firewalls (ASA / Firepower) and VPNs.
• Perform routine upgrades, patches, and backups of network devices.
• Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Cisco DNA.
• Assist in network documentation and maintain accurate records of changes and configurations.
• Support and collaborate with IT teams on projects and escalations.

Skills / Must have :

3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Cisco networking devices (CCNA or CCNP certification preferred).

Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies.

Experience with firewalls and VPN configurations.

Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.

Knowledge of network security best practices and compliance standards.

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
