Must Haves :
- Bachelor of Science Engineering or related degree - ABET accredited school.
- 5+ years of electric industry experience in engineering, operations or compliance
- Knowledgeable of the Federal rule making processes
- 4+ years of experience with NERC Compliance, regulations, and policy.
- NERC Certification required prior to starting.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the utility industry and power generation
Plusses :
- Professional Engineer’s (PE) License, NERC or other relevant industry-level education / certification
- Master’s Degree
- Demonstrated leadership of cross functional teams

Insight Global is seeking to hire a Senior Engineer of NERC Compliance who will is responsible for the administration, analysis, development and oversight of internal programs and processes to ensure compliance with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) Reliability Standards, policies and procedures.
This position ensures that OPPD operates the transmission system reliably and in compliance with all applicable NERC regulations and standards.
