Ascension Saint Thomas Heart is seeking to add an Advanced Heart Failure APP to our team at our Heart - West Clinic in Nashville, TN.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Saint Thomas to provide medical services to patients.

Position Highlights :

In patient service

5 heart failure specialists

6 APP's

Manages care of LVAD, Heart Transplant and Advanced Heart Failure patients

Rounds daily with MD's in ICU's and Specialty Step Down Unit
