Job Description :
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced dispatcher who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching our team of Maintenance and Fert Technicians to various locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Follow service area map and dispatch appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate with field staff to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Monitor progress of assignments and provide updates to clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and service calls.
- Communicate effectively in Spanish with both internal team members and external clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements :
- Fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and dispatch software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
