Organizational Change Manager Consultant

Estrada Consulting is looking for Organizational Change Manager Consultant :

Resource must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience within the last ten (10) years, performing OCM tasks using Prosci ADKAR® model, or equivalent change management methodology to support medium to large information technology projects involving the integration of multiple systems and interfaces, and development of new system interfaces.

Resource must have a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the last five (5) years, identifying organizational improvements, conducting Business Process Reengineering, facilitating information-gathering sessions including structured interviews, workshops, and surveys for medium to large information technology projects.

Resource must have a current and valid Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), in good standing, and provide proof of the certification. The CCMP certification must remain active for the duration of the contract. Equivalent change management certifications may also be accepted. Example certifications include, but are not limited to, Prosci, ATD, ADKAR, CMS, and / or CMI.

Resource must have a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the last five (5) years utilizing industry PM standards and latest schedule management tools for effective communication to ensure project activities are on track.

Copy of certification(s) and degree will be required.

Candidates will need to provide three (3) references from previous project work.
