We are seeking a dynamic resultsdriven Director ofInformation Technology to enhance our infrastructure for ourgrowing client base.
As the Director of Information Technology youwill be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our companys ITstrategy systems and infrastructure.
You will play a pivotal rolein aligning IT initiatives with business objectives ensuring thesecurity and efficiency of our technology environment and workingwith our business partners to facilitate our dailyneeds.
This position is located inBrookfield WI. This is a fulltime salaried position with a benefitpackage that includes medical vision and dental insurance anaggressive PTO plan and a managed 401K.
Pay is commensurate withexperience.
JobResponsibilities
Develop andimplement an IT strategy that aligns with the companys overallobjectives.
Manage deployand optimize IT infrastructure systems andapplications.
Ensure thesecurity and integrity of the companys data and informationsystems.
Collaboratewith other departments to understand their technology needs andprovide effectivesolutions.
Stay currentwith industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovationwithin theorganization.
Oversee ITbudgets vendor relationships and assist in contractnegotiations.
Providecreative and simple solutions in relation to data delivery toclients vendors andstaff.
EssentialSkills
Bachelorsdegree in Information Technology Computer Science or a relatedfield (Masters degreepreferred).
Provenexperience in a leadership role within InformationTechnology.
Solidunderstanding and practical use Microsoft SQLServer
Workingknowledge of Visual Basic andPowershell.
Can utilizeSharePoint in conjunction with our Vendors andClients.
Strongunderstanding of IT infrastructure cybersecurity and emergingtechnologies.
Demonstratedability to develop and execute IT strategies that align withbusinessgoals.
Excellentcommunicationskills.
