We're currently seeking a passionate, skilled, and service-driven Barista to join our team for two to three weekly shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Coffee Craftsmanship : Prepare and serve consistently high-quality espresso, coffee, and tea beverages in accordance with our cafe standards.

Guest Experience : Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive service to every customer, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

High-Volume Performance : Thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy morning hours, while maintaining speed, precision, and product quality.

Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively and work cohesively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Cleanliness & Organization : Keep the barista station, seating areas, and equipment clean and well-maintained; follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Schedule Flexibility : Be available for early mornings, weekends, and occasional holiday shifts as needed.

Community Engagement : Build rapport with regular customers and contribute to the sense of community that defines Stone Street Cafe.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 1 year as a barista in a high-volume, fast-paced cafe environment.

Skillset : Solid knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment maintenance, and a passion for coffee culture.

Customer Focused : A sincere desire to create an excellent experience for every guest, every time.

Adaptability : Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure.

Team-Oriented : Strong communication skills and a willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment.
