Automotive Service Advisor – DeKalb, IL

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | $25 / hour + Commission | Potential Earnings up to $75k

We are a family-owned, team-focused automotive shop in DeKalb, IL , seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no weekend hours, offering an excellent work-life balance and a strong emphasis on training and career growth.

What You'll Do

Write accurate and detailed service estimates

Order necessary parts in a timely manner

Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

Maintain a professional and positive demeanor with every interaction

Use computers and phone systems efficiently to manage workflows

What We're Looking For

A true sales, people person who has a passion for the industry

Strong phone, computer, and customer service skills

A positive, bubbly personality and professional appearance

Valid driver's license required

Must be organized, motivated, and a team player

Someone who can take direction and drive the business

Must be willing to learn the Service Advisor role

Compensation

$25 / hour base pay + commission

Earning potential up to $75,000 annually
