Director of Nursing

We are seeking an experienced RN Director of Nursing (DON) for a 60+ bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Alton, IL. This role is with a highly respected, long-standing Senior Care organization with over 100 years of excellence. The building presents exceptionally well, maintains a strong clinical foundation, and is known for its outstanding reputation within the community.

As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee a 60+ bed post-acute skilled nursing facility with a strong focus on short-term rehab. The facility operates at a high pace with frequent admissions and discharges and maintains an average length of stay of approximately 3 weeks. This is a true rehab-focused SNF, not traditional long-term nursing home care, and proudly maintains a 5-Star rating. We are looking for a strong clinical leader with SNF regulatory experience and a background in high-acuity, short-term rehab environments.
