Key Responsibilities
Ensure patients are registered for all service lines and perform eligibility verification
Maintain communication with clinical partners and provide exemplary service to customers
Perform Medicare compliance reviews and coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorization issues
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent
