What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to guests, residents, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the resort environment.

Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure atmosphere for guests and staff.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.

Document and report any security-related incidents, concerns, or unusual activity according to site and Allied Universal protocols.

Assist with emergency response activities as required, coordinating with on-site staff and first responders when appropriate.

Support and enforce rules and policies specific to the location to foster a welcoming and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
