Vice President Operations
Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented individual to lead a team of practice administrators for a private equity backed fast growth $40M PPM (physician practice management) platform headquartered in the Greater Tampa / Fort Meyers area, and with 30 locations across the Southeastern US.
The ideal candidate will have substantial strategic leadership experience over a minimum of 25 retail focused healthcare services (optical, dental, veterinary) operations, be very adept at driving profitability and growing his / her P&L, and be comfortable being very hands-on.
Prior M&A transaction support and de novo growth experience highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7 years minimum experience leading operations for small to mid-sized multi-site healthcare companies.
- 5 years minimum experience owning P&L.
- Prior experience with acquisitions and integrations.
