What Youll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies related to a retail or mall environment.

Monitor entry and exit points at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity within the location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary according to Allied Universal protocols.

Maintain accurate records of visitor and employee check-ins and check-outs, assisting with identification and / or access badges as required by site policies.

Communicate clearly and professionally with all individuals entering the premises, addressing questions and / or concerns in accordance with Allied Universal training and client requirements.

Assist with emergency response activities from the front desk position, including promptly notifying appropriate personnel and / or first responders when required.

Minimum Requirements :

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
