What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the leadership team to design and execute innovative business models that drive scalable growth.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead high‑performing sales teams aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and revenue goals.
  • Coach and empower team members on strategies to increase consumables, drive capital equipment sales, enhance utilization, and strengthen account management.
  • Partner with physicians and medspa owners to elevate both revenue performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build new go‑to‑market strategies, sales collateral, and field tools that support expansion.
  • Deliver weekly capital sales forecasts with accuracy and accountability.
  • Contribute to additional strategic initiatives as needed.

    We are currently expanding in several region locations in United States, flexible and negotiable.

    What We’re Looking For

  • University Degree, with a minimum 10+ years of sales leadership experience in Medical Aesthetics.
  • Significant experience in leading in‑field sales teams in Medical Aesthetics where you have built and led sales teams, with a superior track record in exceeding top and bottom‑line targets.
  • Experiences in challenging high growth leadership and change management mandates, where you will have demonstrated perseverance, agility and the capability to lead courageously and overcome adversity.
  • A strategic and growth‑oriented mindset, open‑minded, where you will have the confidence and credibility to strategically align resources behind a growth strategy that drives total portfolio value.
  • A willingness to proactively pursue innovative opportunities and embrace calculated risks that accelerate business growth and competitive advantage.
