We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets Domain Expert to support a leading banking client in New Jersey. The role requires deep expertise across front-to-back Capital Markets operations, with a strong understanding of trading, settlement, regulatory reporting, and key industry integrations. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert (SME), partnering with business and technology teams to shape solutions, guide data initiatives, and ensure alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.

Responsibilities include :

• Acting as a domain SME for Capital Markets operations covering trading, settlements, clearing, collateral, and regulatory reporting.
• Partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams to define the target state architecture and business processes.
• Providing expertise on market data feeds, reference data, and integration with trading platforms, clearinghouses, custodians, and regulators.
• Supporting data transformation programs and guiding design decisions to ensure scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Reviewing and validating solution designs, ensuring they meet business needs, market standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support process optimization and modernization initiatives.
• Staying up to date on emerging regulations, technologies, and trends in the Capital Markets domain.

Pay Range : $154,000-$231,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
