Key Responsibilities
Implement instructional design strategies for various functions including project management and operations management
Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and evaluate innovative training programs
Conduct learning needs analyses and assess training effectiveness to improve performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a closely related field; a master's degree is a plus
3-5 years of experience in designing learner-centered training programs
3-5 years of experience conducting learning needs analyses
Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design practices
Technology literate with experience in courseware authoring tools and E-Learning design principles
