As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our Project Execution teams, providing essential support to Project Managers and the Execution Manager. In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure every requirement is met throughout the project lifecycle, using your expertise in functional, administrative, and organizational tasks to help drive projects to successful completion.
What You Will Do :
Who You Are : Excellent organizational skills, ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative, proficient in Microsoft applications, customer service and hard-working mindset, general sense of urgency to help drive projects to meet ISD, ability to handle a high workload and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, ability to travel domestically and within North America, five or more years of experience managing or assisting project managers on projects.
Physical Requirements : Ability to function in both office and field construction sites, traverse uneven or slippery terrain, climb stairs and ladders, and do necessary PPE to mitigate industrial noise and physical contact hazards.
Mental Requirements : Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and / or written instructions, understand complex problems and collaborate / explore alternative solutions, prioritize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, coordinate and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
Working conditions : Office-based position with infrequent field travel required. Periodic trips to remote offices and field construction jobsites.
