Base pay range
$100,000.00 / yr - $145,000.00 / yr
Contract Role : NetSuite Implementation Specialist
Location : Onsite – Millersburg, IN
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : Through end of year (target go-live : October 1)
Schedule : 20–40 hours / week, flexible start time between 6 : 00–8 : 00 AM
Compensation : Hourly rate negotiable based on experience and expertise

Project Overview
The company is currently implementing NetSuite with a go-live date of October 1. They're seeking a NetSuite-savvy consultant to support configuration, data migration, and workflow optimization across departments. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and NetSuite's implementation team to ensure a smooth transition and long-term usability.
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration & Customization
- Participate in weekly NetSuite implementation calls
- Configure NetSuite modules to align with business processes and department needs
- Workflow Optimization & End-User Training
- Collaborate with department leads to tailor NetSuite workflows for 19 end users
- Provide hands-on training and documentation, with a focus on bookkeeping and financial operations
- Data Migration & Integration
- Lead migration of data from QuickBooks, Fishbowl, Dropbox, and Zoho Calendar into NetSuite
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and continuity across systems
