Job Summary

The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading national brand storytelling, social media strategy, partnership development, and franchisee marketing support. This role balances high-level strategy leadership with hands-on execution across brand campaigns, presale studio support, and marketing operations. The Director of Marketing will collaborate closely with the CMO, Franchise Marketing Manager, Creative team, Operations, and franchisees to ensure compelling brand visibility, scalable campaigns and measurable growth for both national brand and local studios.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 3 days working in office and 2 days working remote.

Essential Duties

1. Brand Visibility & Storytelling

• Own storytelling and messaging across all brand channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and new brand elevation standards.
• Manage and guide the copywriter to elevate messaging sophistication
• Lead execution of the national social media strategy in partnership with the creative team and CMO.
