As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Director of Growth to lead the next chapter of our agency's expansion. This role is built for a strategic, commercially minded leader who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, and performance.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving Alley's new business growth, brand visibility, and market expansion. You'll own the full-funnel growth strategy, from positioning and partnerships to inbound and outbound pipeline development, while working cross-functionally with the executive team to shape how Alley shows up in the market.

You'll also play a key role in defining Alley's go-to-market narrative, leading major pitches, and evolving our growth systems into a scalable engine that supports long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Growth Strategy : Build and execute a comprehensive roadmap across marketing, partnerships, and business development.
  • Lead the New Business Pipeline : Develop scalable systems for lead generation, qualification, and conversion that align with Alley's vertical and service priorities.
  • Strengthen Agency Positioning : Partner with creative and strategy teams to refine Alley's external messaging, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships : Build alliances with technology platforms, data partners, and complementary agencies to expand market reach.
  • Pitch Leadership : Oversee and elevate the end-to-end new business process from RFP strategy to final presentation.
  • Commercial Ownership : Collaborate with Finance and Leadership on forecasting, revenue targets, and profitability planning.

What You'll Bring

  • 7–10+ years in agency growth, marketing, or business development leadership, ideally within a paid media, digital performance, or integrated marketing environment.
  • A proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth through strategic acquisition and marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital performance channels and how they drive business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • Commercially astute, data-informed, and confident in owning growth targets.
