As Manufacturing Engineer III , you are responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through engineering expertise, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and refining manufacturing processes that ensure efficiency, quality, and safety across our operations. This role requires a degree of technical proficiency and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

The position is based at Southworth International Group, Inc. (SIGI) located in Manila, Arkansas.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead process flow and fixture design to improve efficiency and quality
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC / controls systems for automation
• Drive planning, capital projects, and strategic initiatives
• Create and manage CAD models and technical documentation
• Mentor junior engineers and peers by sharing technical knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned to elevate team capability and performance
• Manage projects, CI initiatives, and Lean implementation
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools
• Apply DFM principles and manage ECNs / ECRs
• Provide hands-on support and resolve complex production issues
• Own deliverables, demonstrate growth, and communicate effectively
