Accounts Payable / Receivable Analyst

Location : Princeton, NJ Salary : $65,000 - $75,000

A highly reputable global life science manufacturing company is looking for an Accounts Payable / Receivable Analyst to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to full cycle accounts payable, invoice processing, three way matching, full cycle accounts receivable, B2B collections, processing payments, aging reports, utilizing NetSuite ERP, Excel, and much more!

Job Description :

Process vendor invoices, ensuring correct GL coding, project coding, proper approvals, and compliance with company policies.

Verify invoice accuracy and match against purchase orders / receipts.

Schedule and process payments to vendors in a timely manner, using checks, ACH, and wire transfers.

Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve any discrepancies.

Maintain accurate vendor records and support 1099 reporting.

Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice or payment issues.

Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule.

Apply customer payments in NetSuite and reconcile accounts.

Proactively monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers to ensure timely collections in line with company credit policies.

Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and clients.

Perform regular reconciliations of AP / AR accounts and ensure accuracy of balances.

Assist with month-end close by preparing reconciliations and supporting schedules.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and internal reviews.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within AP / AR functions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

NetSuite experience required

2+ years of full cycle accounts payable and receivable

Manufacturing industry experience proffered

Proficient with Microsoft Office
