Job Requirements :

Education & Experience :

• High school diploma or GED (often preferred, not always required).
• Previous experience in labor or construction work is helpful but not always necessary.
• On-the-job training usually provided.

Physical Requirements :

• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb for long periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions or environments (e.g., outdoors, noisy, dusty).
