Associate, Strategy & Transformation and Brand Communications

About the Role

The Strategy & Transformation and Brand Communications teams service internal clients across all business divisions. These are fast-paced teams with a high volume of long- and short-term projects, in a rapidly changing environment. The position is responsible for team coordination in support of both teams – including but not limited to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, the Head of Brand Communications and primary business leaders, as well as project and communications management. The ideal candidate must excel at time management, possess effective organizational abilities and be a clear communicator and creative problem solver. Ease with quantitative analysis such as budget management, reconciliation and accurate invoice processing is desired. The candidate must be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines at the same time, manage assignments from all key stakeholders simultaneously and be capable of representing the team to external contacts and internal stakeholders.

Team and Comms Coordinator

  • Manage the Transformation Office & Insights Team calendar and leaders' daily schedules
  • Manage the Head of Brand Communications calendar and meeting planning / event coordination
  • Ideate and deliver creative expressions of the teams, through decks, development of the Transformation Office "3rd space", and small-scale education presentations in partnership with team leaders
  • Manage socialization and communication planning, inclusive but not limited to, coordination of guest speakers and event calendar
  • Support teams through industry report summarization and qualitative reporting
  • Organize T&E, including air, hotel, as well as expense report tracking and submission for team leaders
  • Schedule meetings / conference calls and manage invites, conference rooms, security, tech needs, food, travel, etc. for the Transformation Office, Insights Team and Brand Communications team
  • Plan key business outings and events such as department meetings, leadership gatherings, talent reviews and volunteer events on an ad hoc basis, including partnering with cross- functional teams
  • Manage the tracking and ordering of supplies as needed
  • Assist with setting up relevant IT / HR program trainings and / or team representation to share back with the team
  • Drive meetings and action items, including set up and materials
  • Track ongoing assignments and status with each business leader regularly

  • Position Logistics

  • This role is considered Partially Remote : Role requires a minimum of three days in-person office presence at the designated location / office
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A candidate with a minimum of 2 years of prior corporate experience and / or relevant internship experience
  • Understanding of luxury brand environment, a plus

  • Compensation

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $27- $37 / hour. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay may be offered for this position. Other components may include bonus potential, benefits, and / or perks.
