Job description
The designated individual will undertake the task of crafting, creating, and providing training sessions centered around Epic software, focusing on Cadence (scheduling and registration) and Tapestry (Referrals).
They will be responsible for instructing new employees, offering training enhancements, disseminating updates regarding system modifications, managing the Epic training setup, and assisting in the forthcoming integration of Point of Sale with Chase InstaMed.
Specific Tasks :
- Develop training plan.
- Develop curriculum.
- Develop eLearning.
- Credentialing of new instructors.
- Provide classroom training of end users.
- Log class completion in HealthLearning.
- Answer staff questions about workflows and functionality.
- Maintain training environment.
- Write and send monthly communications with end users.
Required Skills & Abilities :
Experience with Epic’s Cadence application and referrals for large health systems with multiple clinics and specialties.
Required Certifications :
- Epic Ambulatory Curriculum
- Epic Training Environment Build
Contract Term : 12 months.
Primarily remote position, but will need to come onsite to provide training from time to time.
