This is a fully remote role. Candidates who live near CB offices have the option of being fully remote or hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday in office). This is a full-time, term position that will last for 18 months from the start date.

In This Role, You Will :

Lead Recruitment for Active Requisitions (90%)

• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to create profile and leveraging multiple tactics to build talented, diverse pools
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
• Lead hiring teams in creating effective, evidence-driven, structured interview processes ensuring teams make strong skill-based decisions
• Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
• Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
