We’re expanding rapidly and are seeking a seasoned recruiter who can manage full-desk recruitment across both technical and non-technical roles, with a primary focus on engineering, data, and IT positions.
Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter with at least 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a large agency or high-volume environment . You’ll own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and qualifying to closing candidates and managing client or hiring team relationships.
This role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a strong understanding of technical talent markets (software, cybersecurity, DevOps, data, automation, and cloud infrastructure) as well as non-technical corporate functions.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using diverse sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for high-priority positions.
Partner with leadership to define job requirements and hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct in-depth technical qualification calls and assess candidates for both skills and culture fit.
Coordinate interview logistics, candidate feedback, and offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate and timely data in the Manatal ATS and ensure compliance with all documentation standards.
Provide market insights on salary trends, competitor hiring patterns, and sourcing strategy optimization.
Requirements
5+ years of full-desk recruiting experience , preferably in an agency or search firm setting.
Proven success in technical recruiting (cybersecurity, software, data, infrastructure, or automation roles).
Comfortable handling non-technical roles (sales, operations, HR, finance) when needed.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, advanced Boolean search, and modern talent engagement tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reqs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with ATS platforms (Manatal preferred) and professional networking tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to represent Gulf Coast Automation Group professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cybersecurity, automation, or technology consulting recruiting .
Prior work at a large-scale recruiting agency or high-volume tech staffing environment.
Familiarity with JuiceBox, Bebop.ai, or automation tools to streamline candidate workflows.
Established network of mid-to-senior-level technical professionals.
