Remote Client Accounting Lead

A company is looking for a Remote Client Accounting Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full-charge bookkeeping and finance processes for 10-20 clients

Collaborate with the support team to schedule, delegate tasks, and provide coaching

Act as the primary client contact, advising on process improvements and onboarding new clients

Required Qualifications

3+ years of multi-client cloud accounting experience, including payroll and financial reporting

Strong knowledge of accrual accounting processes and audit-ready schedules

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA firm experience is a plus

5+ years of experience with QBO, BILL, Gusto, and other accounting software

Experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff
