We are seeking a detail-oriented Help Desk / Data Quality Analyst to support the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of healthcare data. The ideal candidate will have strong T-SQL skills and experience managing large datasets, troubleshooting data quality issues, and developing automated validation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data quality assessments : de-duplication, validation, and standardization of healthcare records.
- Write and optimize T-SQL queries to clean, analyze, and transform large datasets.
- Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve data submission errors.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track compliance and system accuracy.
- Support HL7 and data exchange standards , validating message integrity and field mapping.
- Investigate anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Document methodologies, data quality rules, and best practices.
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership on trends, patterns, and predictions.
Required Skills
Strong T-SQL experience for querying and managing large datasets.Experience with data validation, standardization, and quality assurance .Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
