OSI Systems is seeking a Financial Analyst. This individual will develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They will also perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance, and gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial planning, trended future requirements and operating forecasts and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support the financial close, as well as quarter end public company reporting.
• Provide support for quarterly reviews and annual audit, including adherence to SOX compliance.
• Analyze certain accounts and publish analysis reports to senior management.
• Support the compilation of the monthly forecast / annual budget.
• Maintain consolidation schedules.
• Analyze and populate reports for Securities and Exchange Commission reporting (10-Q and 10-K).
• Participate in cross-department working groups and special projects as required.

• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the companys Code of Ethics and Conduct.
