About the Role : &
We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Growth Lead to spearhead customer acquisition and retention initiatives for a stealth startup in the gaming collectibles space, backed by prominent investors and launching soon. This role combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic, data-driven analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Develop strategies for paid social media, influencer partnerships, and CRM.
Requirements :
4-9 years of experience in marketing or growth roles.At least 2 years in a top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity environment.Minimum of 2 years in a startup growth position.Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in campaign execution.Work Schedule : &
This is an on-site role, requiring availability for extended hours (typically from 9 AM to 9 PM or later) on several days a week, with some flexibility for weekends during critical periods. This role is not suitable for candidates seeking a 9-5 schedule.Benefits :
