We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Program Supervisor to join our team. As a Residential Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and development of our programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home environment. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills, program management expertise, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise a team of direct support staff
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
• Provide guidance and support to staff in delivering high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resources
• Manage program budgets and ensure financial sustainability
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in the field of developmental disabilities

Skills :

• Strong background in working with people with disabilities
• Proven experience in supervising staff and managing programs
• Knowledge of program development principles and practices
• Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to manage budgets effectively
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
