Customer Experience Administrator

About the Role

We're looking for organized, dependable individuals who enjoy helping customers and keeping important details on track.

As a Customer Experience Administrator, you'll support the customer journey by managing communication, updates, records, scheduling, and follow-up. You'll help make sure requests are handled accurately, information stays organized, and customers know what to expect throughout the process.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is professional, responsive, and comfortable balancing customer interaction with behind-the-scenes administrative work.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Handle

  • Responding to customer questions and service requests
  • Gathering and organizing important customer information
  • Coordinating schedules, confirmations, and service details
  • Providing updates and communicating next steps
  • Maintaining accurate records and notes
  • Following up on pending items or outstanding requests
  • Assisting with changes, adjustments, or special requests
  • Researching information when additional options are needed
  • Helping resolve routine customer concerns
  • Supporting a smooth experience from initial contact through completion
