Job description

A company is looking for a Success Coach to inspire and motivate students to re-enroll and complete their degrees.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with students to inspire clarity, confidence, and success

Develop plans connecting students' future goals with their academic requirements

Document student progress and report using CRM systems and data analytics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

At least one year of student and / or customer service work preferred

Experience in higher education, ed tech, or startups is a plus

Familiarity with Salesforce and GSuite or Microsoft Office

Ability to work remotely in a private and quiet space
