  • Work Dates Needed : As soon as Credentialed thru 1 / 02 / 2026
  • Preferred Schedule : 3-4 DAYS A WEEK - 8am-5pm (M-F)
  • Worksite Setting : Outpatient - freestanding clinic
  • Scope of Work : As a locum Physician, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : active, unrestricted KY license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert preferred.
