Join the RanCran Group LP DBA Texas Insurance Agency, an established insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. As an Insurance Agency CSR, you will be an integral part of our team, working from our office in Lewisville, Texas. We take pride in our positive and inviting work environment, where collaboration and teamwork are highly valued.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our policyholders. You will handle inquiries, address concerns, and assist with policy changes or updates. Your excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach will ensure that our clients feel valued and supported.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Insurance Agency CSR, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with clients, identify their insurance needs, and provide them with appropriate solutions.
