• Actively promote and leverage the company's credit and loyalty programs to increase customer engagement and long-term retention

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse clientele
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
• Skilled in utilizing clienteling tools to build, track, and cultivate customer relationships, expand the client book, and generate intentional foot traffic to maximize in-store opportunities
• Flexible and adaptable to meet changing client needs, seasonal trends, and business priorities
