Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing for all employees
Administer employee benefit programs and manage compliance requirements
Reconcile payroll and benefits accounts and generate reports for management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience also considered
3-5 years of progressive experience in payroll, benefits administration, or accounting
Comprehensive understanding of payroll laws and benefit compliance standards
Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or Paycom
Advanced Excel skills with a strong aptitude for data validation and reconciliation
