To be more efficient and effective, it needs a business process specialist to learn its mission end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. That’s why we need you, an experienced business process specialist who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process.
As a business process specialist on our team, you’ll analyze your customer’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll facilitate discussions with leadership and an interdisciplinary team to refine your customer’s definition of success, identify challenges and opportunities, and implement solutions.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
