Job Description

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technicians to join our residential service team. This role is ideal for technicians who excel at diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in occupied homes. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues in residential systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and system tune-ups.
• Install and upgrade HVAC components, including thermostats, air handlers, and condensers.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete job documentation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00 / hr.
