About Precision HVAC, Inc.

A Day in the Role
Sunup finds you reviewing the day’s commercial service schedule—boilers at a mid-rise, a chiller optimization at a healthcare facility, and a cooling tower maintenance at an office complex. You lead the crew briefing, outline safety priorities, and align timelines with the project manager. On site, you diagnose a troublesome RTU, interpret schematics to resolve a complex control fault, and ensure every step meets code and safety standards. Between calls, you coach a junior technician through a chiller startup sequence, update service documentation, and brief the client on energy-smart upgrade paths. When an emergency call comes in, you pivot, troubleshoot efficiently, and restore comfort with confidence.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and RTUs.
- Execute routine and preventive maintenance on complex HVAC systems.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to drive project success and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all work performed.
- Respond to emergency service calls and deliver prompt, high-quality resolutions.
- Recommend performance-improving and energy-efficient solutions to reduce costs.
