Job descriptionProven experience as a Product Owner or Solution Lead for Oracle Cloud applications (HCM or ERP). Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud or Oracle Cloud ERP modules. Strong business acumen with technical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Hands-on experience with incident management and release processes. Enterprise SaaS : Oracle Cloud, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics Integrations : Boomi, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Reporting : Power BI, OTBI, Tableau Identity & Access : Okta, Azure AD ITSM : ServiceNow

Overview :
Seeking an experienced Product Owner or Solution Lead to drive Oracle Cloud HCM or ERP initiatives, ensuring seamless business and technology alignment across key enterprise processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM (Hire-to-Retire) or ERP (Record-to-Report) processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage production incidents, platform enhancements, and release cycles.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and clear communication across teams.
- Partner with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
