Housekeeper - Residential Niche

Maintenance Technician

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment community, including common areas, management offices, amenities, and vacant units. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and community spaces.
• Prepare vacant apartment units for new residents by thoroughly cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, appliances, and fixtures.
• Perform routine cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, and trash removal.
• Restock restroom and supply areas as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report repair or replacement needs to management.
• Identify and promptly report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and property damage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist with special projects and seasonal cleaning as assigned.
