Fabricator

Staffmark is hiring a Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing team in Farmington, MN. In this role, you'll help produce custom materials and assemblies using customer-provided drawings, templates, and specifications. Work is hands-on and may include the use of specialized equipment such as industrial sewing machines, roll-to-roll combiners, and mechanical presses.

Pay : $21.50 / hour

Shift : Full-time, 8-hour shift | Start time options : 6 AM, 7 AM, or 8 AM | Monday-Friday

Responsibilities :

• Fabricate materials and assemblies by sewing, taping, or combining materials by hand or machine
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, templates, and specifications
• Perform visual inspections and maintain quality documentation
• Clean, package, and label finished products
• Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
